Dupuy presents UFO Flow, the new electric fan that marks a concrete evolution in the DEDUST PRO range, designed for the extraction of suspended fine dust in industrial processing.
Thanks to a complete redesign of the header, the UFO system eliminates the external chimney and introduces a more compact, stable and functional structure, optimizing airflow and ensuring full ATEX Zone 22 compliance.
Compactness that makes a difference
The innovation stems from the redesign of the electric fan cowl, which allowed the layout of the machine to be radically reorganized.
The external chimney is eliminated, and the entire airflow is handled internally within the structure, reducing the overall height and resulting in a machine that is neater in form and easier to integrate into production spaces. The internal arrangement of components is optimized to increase structural balance and improve overall stability. The downward redistribution of weights lowers the center of gravity, making the machine more stable in use and easier to handle.
When maintenance becomes an operational advantage
One of the most concrete benefits of the new UFO Flow is the simplification of maintenance:

Ready for ATEX Zone 22 environments
The new DEDUST PRO series with the UFO Flow header is designed to operate in potentially explosive environments classified as ATEX Zone 22, in accordance with Directive 2014/34/EU.
It is therefore suitable for the extraction of suspended combustible dust that occurs occasionally and for short periods, ensuring maximum safety and reliability in the most sensitive production settings.
The new generation DEDUST PRO with UFO system will be available from February 2026.
