Centralized Vacuum Systems (CVS) DU-PUY

Centralized Vacuum Systems (CVS)

A centralized vacuum system removes and carries material from one area to another, through a series of fixed pipes (normally fixed to the wall), and accumulate and discharge them to a chosen point.

The CVS range

DU-PUY's industrial centralized vacuum systems consist of three main elements:
1. asuction unit, often placed at a considerable distance (tens or hundreds of meters) where suction of the material takes place.
2. afiltration unit, at times separated or incorporated into the collection unit or suction unit.
3. acollection unit, where the vacuumed material is deposited.

CVAC 40 / 60 / 80 - Centralized vacuum systems

CVAC 40 / 60 / 80 - Centralized vacuum systems
DU-PUY industrial centralized vacuum systemsare ideal to vacuum materials from a great distance or at multiple points simultaneouslydepending on the power and characteristics of the vacuum unit and the environment. Each centralized vacuum system is designed according to the specific dimensions and characteristics of the area where it is to be installed and the required vacuum performance.

After having clearly identified these elements, there is first a selection of the vacuum unit(based on performance and power), filtration and collection unit(by type and by amount of vacuumed materials), and diameter, type and quantity of components(suction tubes, electrical units) needed to build the vacuum plant system.

The CVAC modelshave these special features:
  • Three-phase turbine with variable powers from 5.5 kw up to 25 kw
  • Automatic pneumatic filter cleaning system with an integrated reverse pulse system
  • Container with 220 lt. capacity with braking tilted system powered by piston control
  • Chassis System with Forklift

Clearly identified these elements, select the suction unit (based on performance and power), the filtration and collection unit (depending on the type and quantity of the vacuumed materials), and the diameter, type and quantity of the components (tubes, curves, suction cups) needed to build the fixed centralized vacuum system.

The DV45 modelhas these special features:
  • Volumetric lobe pump with 45 kW engine
  • Automatic pneumatic filter cleaning system with an integrated reverse pulse system
  • Container with capacity of 220 lt. with braking tilting system powered by piston control
  • Chassis System with Forklift
