DU-PUY vacuum cleaners have a sticky or metal plate with the model ID and the serial number. This is the information that will appear in the warranty certificate along with the date of purchase.

The effective date of the guarantee DU-PUY, is certified by the invoice of sale to the end user. It shall be valid for 24 months as prescribed by the European Community. 
All repair work will be carried out at the DU-PUY Headquarter, Busto Arsizio (VA) - Italy, or at the authorised service centres.
