Machine tool cleaning is an activity that affects time, quality and continuity of production. When tanks need to be emptied, coolants recovered, and chips removed, a quick, robust, and easy-to-use solution is needed.
Oilvac 130 was created just for this purpose. It is an industrial vacuum cleaner designed for workshops and metalworking departments looking for a compact, yet high-capacity machine for cleaning machine tool tanks.
A solution designed for machine shops
Oilvac 130 is available in two versions: with drain valve or with drain pump (Pump version). The frame is made of painted steel, which is resistant to wear and tear associated with oils, emulsions and processing residues. The trolley has also been redesigned to give more stability and to make container removal easier.
There are three single-phase motors in the head, suitable for suctioning oils and metal shavings. In about 90 seconds, up to 130 liters of liquid and chip mixture can be sucked in, reducing the typical time required for routine maintenance.
Level control and immediate separation of materials
When cleaning machine tools, it is important to avoid stoppages and waste. Oilvac 130 incorporates a float switch that automatically stops suction at the maximum level. An indicator light on the head indicates when the limit is reached.
The collection system is designed to immediately separate what is sucked in. The steel grating basket allows up to 30 liters of metal chips to be collected. The Pump version also features a PPL filter, which retains the finer fraction (sludge) and helps keep the recovered liquid cleaner. The bin can hold up to 90 liters of filtered coolants, ready to be fed back into the work tanks.
Pump version: rapid discharge and continuous work
To speed up tank cleaning, the Pump version includes an independent drain pump capable of discharging up to 100 liters per minute. This allows for parallel discharging and suctioning. The result is continuous machine tool cleaning with fewer interruptions and easier fluid management.
