MHD 250 HV PN vacuum cleaner with automatic filter cleaning

Suction is provided by a turbine of the side-channel blower type, with direct coupling between the fan and the drive shaft and no transmission system. It is therefore completely maintenance-free, suitable for continuous 24-hour operation, extremely quiet and provides outstanding suction performance; a vacuum gauge enables constant monitoring of suction performance and detection of filter clogging.
The machine is equipped with a CE-compliant metal electrical panel with 10-m neoprene rubber cable and 32-amp plug.
The turbine is equipped with a vacuum limiting valve. If the hose is completely plugged, the valve provides cooling for the turbine through fresh air directly from the environment.

The filter is placed inside the steel filter chamber; the polyester star filter provides a large filter area of 70,000 cm2, andhigh filtration efficiency (class L, 3 microns). A manual filter shaker allows the user to effectively clean the filter, with a vertical shaking motion, so as to dislodge most of the dust and keep the filter clean, to increase its service life and maintain the suction performance of the machine.
The tangential suction nozzle (Ø120 mm. in diameter), located under the filter, allows simultaneous suction of dust, solid material and liquid (the latter only within the capacity of the container), without the need to change or remove the filter. Automatic pneumatic filter cleaning system.

The vacuumed material is placed inside a wheel-mounted quick-release container(160-liter capacity), which allows for easy and safe disposal of the vacuumed material.
The vacuum is mounted on a sturdy steel frame with two pivoting wheels, one with a brake; all metal parts of the vacuum are epoxy powder coated.
