Suction is provided by a side-channel blower, with direct coupling between the fan and the crankshaft and no drive system. It is therefore completely maintenance-free, suitable for 24-hour service, very quiet and provides exceptional suction performance.
The machine is equipped with a metal electrical panel compliant with CE standards with a 10 m neoprene rubber cable with 63amp plug with star-delta starting.
The turbine is equipped with a relief valve. In the event of blockage of the suction pipe, the valve cools the turbine by introducing air from the external environment.
The turbine can be equipped with a Hepa safety filter to ensure maximum safety in heavy applications.

The filter is placed and protected inside the steel filter chamber; the filter is made of antistatic class M PTFE-coated polyester, adapted with pockets to increase the filtering surface (70,000 cm2), and has a high filtration efficiency. An automatic filter shaker allows you to effectively clean the filter, through a vertical shaking movement carried out by a pneumatic cylinder, in order to remove most of the dust and keep the filter clean, to increase its life and maintain the suction performance of the machine. A compressor included in the machine produces the air necessary for the automatic filter cleaning systems.

The aspirated material is placed inside a silo hopper mounted on a sturdy BIG-BAG telescopic frame (600 liter capacity), which allows the aspirated material to be easily and safely disposed of thanks to the butterfly valve discharge. It is equipped with forklift sockets. All the metal parts of the extractor are painted with epoxy powders.
A D250 mm manual butterfly valve is installed to easily discharge the material into big-bags or containers.
A rotating level detector is installed in the hopper to stop the suction when the silo is full.
