ATEX-certified filter silo for Zone 22 for centralized vacuum systems
ATEX Zone 22-certified filter silos are designed for integration into industrial centralized vacuum systems, where large volumes of dust must be separated, filtered, and discharged safely and efficiently. Connected to a CVAC central vacuum system, they allow the collected material to be collected and then directly discharged into big bags or collection drums.
Available in capacities from 250, 600, and 1,000 liters, they are ideal for production processes that generate large quantities of fine dust and require operational continuity, orderly waste management, and containment of the extracted material. The large-surface filter system, equipped with automatic cleaning, helps maintain system efficiency and reduces manual filter maintenance.
The ATEX Zone 22-certified version makes these filter silos a suitable solution for industrial environments with combustible dust, where dust removal and material discharge must be managed with attention to safety, productivity, and integration with existing vacuum systems.
Food, chemical and pharmaceutical industry
The filtering unit consists of filter cartridges made of hydro-oleophobic Teflon-coated fabric (located in the upper section), equipped with an automatic pneumatic cleaning system managed by a control unit that monitors the clogging level.
The vacuumed material is deposited in a 160-liter capacity, wheeled, removable steel container that allows convenient and safe emptying, with the option of using disposable bags.
