W3 Infini Z22 ATEX vacuum cleaner for combustible fine dust

The vacuum cleaner is equipped with a cast-aluminum suction unit of the side-channel blower type, in which the impeller is attached directly to the motor shaft, and without transmission systems: this almost completely reduces component wear and the consequent need for maintenance. These features, together with its quiet operation, make the motor particularly suitable for continuous service (even 24 hours a day), and enable it to develop a very high vacuum, higher than transmission systems of similar power.
Two turbine models of 2.2 and 4kW are available.

The vacuum cleaner control panel consists of a push-button panel, containing a circuit breaker, in accordance with the ATEX directive. A vacuum gauge makes it possible to constantly monitor the vacuum level and saturation status of the filter, and detect any abnormalities in a timely manner. A double silencer reduces noise and dampens the impact of outgoing air.

The turbine is equipped with a vacuum limiting valve. If the maximum vacuum is reached due to occluded pipe it lets ambient air into the turbine to cool it.

All electrical parts comply with ATEX Directive 94/9/EC and are suitable for Group II – Category 3D (Zone 22)

It is not necessary to remove the header and filter to empty the collection container.

A manual cleaning system, consisting of a vertically moving filter shaker, allows the operator to clean the filter effortlessly at any time, prolonging filter life, preventing filter saturation while keeping machine suction performance constant. The front suction system with Ø80 cast aluminum inlet positioned below the filter allows simultaneous suction of dust, solids and liquids (within the capacity of the container) without the need to replace or remove the filter.

The vacuumed material is deposited in a wheel-mounted steel release container(65-liter capacity), which allows for quick and dirt-free disposal of the vacuumed material, with the possibility of bagging.
