The
W 3 Infini 4 is a multi-purpose industrial vacuum cleaner.
This industrial vacuum cleaner on wheels integrates easily in all industrial applications where there is a need for fine
dust extraction, thanks to the powerful three-phase turbine and the large-surface polyester filter.
Effective, not bulky, does not need extraordinary maintenance and can work continuously in the various industrial sectors: mechanics, cleaning companies, craft shops, medical laboratories, cement factories. The superior performance of the side channel blower and the
excellent collection capacity of solids and liquids are the characteristics that distinguish the vacuum cleaner.
Aspiration unit
The suction unit is equipped with an aluminium cast suction unit of the side channel type, in which the impeller is fixed directly on the crankshaft, and without transmission systems: this almost completely reduces the wear and tear of the components and the consequent maintenance needs. These characteristics, together with the silence, make the engine particularly
suitable for continuous service (even 24 hours a day), and allow it to develop a very high depression, higher than transmission systems of similar power.
The control panel consists of a stop control panel containing a circuit breaker. A
vacuum gauge allows to constantly check the level of depression and saturation of the filter, and to detect any anomalies in a timely manner. A
double silencer reduces noise and dampens the impact of the outgoing air.
Filter unit
Polyester filter Cat. "L" with manual filter shaker. 3 micron filtration efficiency (German BIA certificate).
It is not necessary to remove the motor head and the filter of the vacuum cleaner to empty the collection container.
A manual cleaning system, consisting of a
vertical motion shaker, allows the operator to clean the filter effortlessly and at any time, prolonging the life of the filter, preventing saturation and maintaining constant suction performance of the machine. The comfortable manual shaker helps to always
maintain the maximum vacuum performance even in continuous service.
The front suction system with cast aluminium Ø80 inlet located below the filter allows to
simultaneously vacuum powders, solids and liquids (within the capacity of the container) without the need to replace or remove the filter.
Collection unit
The aspirated material is deposited in a steel container mounted on wheels (
capacity 65 liters), which allows to dispose quickly and without getting dirty the aspirated material, with the possibility of bagging.
Optional
Possibility to equip the vacuum cleaner with
HEPA H14 absolute filter, with 99,995% efficiency certified with DOP test for fine and impalpable dust.
