The
W 3 Infini is a multipurpose industrial vacuum cleaner with three-phase
turbine for continuous service.
This trolley-mounted vacuum cleaner integrates easily in all industrial applications. Effective, not bulky, does not need special maintenance and can
work continuously in the various industrial sectors: mechanical workshop, general cleaning, food, medical laboratory, cement factories...
Suction unit
The suction unit is equipped with an aluminium cast suction unit of the
side channel blower type, in which the impeller is fixed directly on the crankshaft, and without transmission systems: this almost completely
reduces the
wear and tear of the components and the consequent maintenance needs. These characteristics, together with the silence, make the engine particularly suitable for continuous service (even 24 hours a day), and allow it to develop a very high depression, higher than transmission systems of similar power.
The industrial vacuum cleaner control panel consists of a stop control panel containing a circuit breaker. A
vacuum gauge allows to constantly check the level of
depression and
saturation of the filter, and to detect any anomalies in a timely manner. A
double silencer reduces noise and dampens the impact of the outgoing air.
Filter unit
Polyester filter Cat. "L" with manual shaker system operated by a shaker lever. 3 micron filtration efficiency (German BIA certificate).
It is not necessary to remove the motor head and the filter of the vacuum cleaner to empty the collection container.
A manual cleaning system, consisting of a
vertical motion shaker, allows the operator to clean the filter effortlessly and at any time, prolonging the life of the filter, preventing saturation while maintaining constant vacuuming performance of the machine. The front suction system with cast aluminium Ø80 inlet located below the filter allows to
simultaneously vacuum powders, solids and liquids (within the capacity of the container) without the need to replace or remove the filter.
Collection unit
The vacuumed material is deposited in a steel container mounted on wheels (
capacity 65 liters), which allows to dispose quickly and without getting dirty the aspirated material, with the possibility of bagging.
Its small size and its easy handling make it one of the most appreciated vacuum cleaners by our customers.
