The W3 Air Z22 compressed air vacuum cleaner is the perfect solution for extracting dust, liquids and solids in places where compressed air is preferable to electricity.
It is also available in 19 and 25 nozzle versions for greater air flow and in an ATEX version for work in potentially explosive environments.
Suction unit
The suction is developed by a venturi-type air suction unit with 19 or 25 nozzles (requiring an external compressor, not included), protected inside a solid steel head, containing sound-absorbing material that minimises noise during operation. The control panel on the motor head includes a supply pressure indicator and a vacuum indicator to detect filter saturation. Two handles on the motor head allow it to be lifted easily for inspection or replacement of the filter underneath.
Filter unit
Inside the filtering chamber there is an antistatic polyester pocket filter, which protects the suction unit, ensures a high level of dust retention and guarantees the purity of the outgoing air, thanks to a large surface area (2m2) and high filtering efficiency class M.
A manual cleaning system, consisting of a vertically-moving filter shaker, allows the operator to clean the filter effortlessly at any time, prolonging the life of the filter and preventing it from becoming saturated and reducing suction performance. A stainless steel deflector protects the filter chamber from abrasion.
Collection unit
The suctioned material is deposited in a quick-release container on wheels with a capacity of 65 or 100 litres, which allows the suctioned material to be disposed of quickly and without getting dirty. The vacuum cleaner is mounted on a robust, powder-coated steel frame, equipped with wheels with parking brake.
