W2 industrial vacuum cleaner for
dusts, solid and liquid materials

This vacuum cleaner is ideal for cleaning and handling small and medium amounts of dusts and solid material, especially in the chemical-pharmaceutical industry, food industry, bakeries, oven cleaning or milling industry.

Suction unit

The suction is developed by two single-phase motors, by-pass type, with independent switches, protected inside a solid steel motor head, containing sound-absorbing material that minimizes noise during service. The outlet air is directed downwards so as not to disturb the operator or stir up dust in the surrounding environment. The control panel located on the header includes two independent switches and a clogged filter indicator with warning light, useful to detect possible filter saturation. Two handles placed on the head allow you to lift it easily for any inspection or replacement of the filter below. The header is completed by a convenient cable hook.

Filtering unit

Inside the steel filtering chamber there is a polyester star filter, which protects the suction unit, assures a high dust retention and guarantees the purity of the outgoing air, thanks to a large surface (2m²) and a high filtration efficiency (3 micron). A manual cleaning system, consisting of a vertically-moving filter shaker, allows the operator to clean the filter effortlessly and at any time, prolonging the life of the filter, preventing it from becoming saturated and reducing suction performance. The suction system with Ø50 inlet positioned under the filter allows the simultaneous vacuuming of powders, solids and liquids (within the capacity of the container) without the need to replace or remove the filter.

Collection unit

The vacuumed material is deposited in a steel container with quick release mounted on wheels (capacity 40 liters), which allows for quick and dirt-free disposal of the vacuumed material.
Among the various optionals available for the vacuum cleaner there is a big-bagging system that enables the safe suction of fine, toxic or harmful dust. This bagging system ensures that you never come into contact with the vacuumed dust.
The industrial vacuum cleaner is mounted on a sturdy powder-coated steel frame, equipped with non-marking swivel wheels with parking brake.

The W2 is available also in Atex certificated version with a powerful brushless motor to guarantee a safe cleaning in working environment with potentially explosive dusts.
