W2 infini T industrial vacuum cleaner with
three-phase turbine for powders, liquids and solids

The W 2 Infini T is an industrial vacuum cleaner equipped with an easy-to-handle three-phase side channel blower. This industrial vacuum cleaner is ideal for cleaning and vacuuming swarf and small and medium quantities of material, particularly in the chemical-pharmaceutical, food or cleaning industries.

Suction unit

The vacuum unit is made of cast aluminum and is of the side channel blowing type, in which the impeller is fixed directly on the motor shaft, and has no transmission system: this almost completely reduces the wear of the components and the consequent need for maintenance. These features, together with the noiselessness, make the motor particularly suitable for continuous service (even 24 hours a day), and allow it to strenghten a very high vacuum value, higher than transmission systems of similar power.

The control panel of the industrial vacuum cleaner consists of a push-button panel with a magnetothermic switch. A vacuum gauge allows to constantly check the level of depression and the state of saturation of the filter, and to promptly detect any anomalies. A double silencer reduces noise and dampens the impact of the outgoing air, allowing the vacuum cleaner to be used in places where there are noise regulations.

The turbine could be equipped with a pressure relief valve. If the maximum vacuum is reached due to an occluded pipe, it will let ambient air enter the turbine to cool it down.

Filtering unit

Inside the steel filter chamber there is a polyester star filter, which protects the suction unit, ensures a high dust retention and guarantees the purity of the outlet air, thanks to a large surface (2m²) and a high filtration efficiency (3 micron). A manual cleaning system, consisting of a vertically-moving filter shaker, allows the operator to clean the filter effortlessly and at any time, prolonging the life of the filter, preventing it from becoming saturated and reducing suction performance. The suction system with a Ø50 inlet positioned under the filter allows the simultaneous suction of dust, solids and liquids, without the need to replace or remove the filter.

Collection unit

The vacuumed chips, swarfs and solid materials are deposited in a steel release container mounted on wheels (capacity 40 liters), which allows for quick and dirt-free disposal of the vacuumed material.

The liquid aspirator is mounted on a sturdy powder-coated steel frame, equipped with non-marking swivel wheels with parking brake.
Extremely compact in size, 58x63x130 cm, the W2 Infini T can be used for long term use and particularly heavy duty vacuuming. Built in industrial steel, its extreme compactness and power are appreciated by those who need an agile and efficient wheeled vacuum cleaner.
