W1 1/3D ATEX vacuum cleaner for solid powders and liquids
This ATEX-certified vacuum cleaner stands out as the most compact and ergonomic in its segment. It is designed to safely remove dust and liquids in work environments classified as medium explosion risk areas.
It integrates the features of robustness, high performance and filtering capacity typical of an industrial vacuum cleaner, with the practicality of use typical of a traditional vacuum cleaner. Every aspect is carefully taken care of: a handle on the container facilitates transportation in a horizontal position, while a trolley equipped with 4 wheels, 2 of which are pivoting, facilitates movement within the premises. A second handle allows the motor head to be lifted for inspection of the filter or as an alternative for transporting the machine.
To ensure efficient suction over time, we have implemented an innovative filter cleaning system: a filter shaking lever encourages the separation of accumulated materials, ensuring optimal performance. This machine proves ideal for simultaneous collection of dust, waste and liquids, thanks to the variety of accessories included.
Complies with EN IEC 62784:2018 standard for zone 22.

Suction is developed by a single-phase charcoal bypass motor that provides rapid cooling in case of overheating. A solid plastic header protects the motor from blows and intrusion by external bodies, keeping the noise level to a minimum.
Inside the steel filter chamber is the polyester pocket filter, which protects the suction unit, ensures high dust retention and guarantees the purity of the outlet air. A manual cleaning system, consisting of a vertically moving filter shaker, allows the operator to clean the filter effortlessly at any time, prolonging the life of the filter and preventing it from becoming saturated and reducing suction performance. The suction system with a 32mm-diameter inlet positioned below the filter allows simultaneous suction of dust, solids and liquids, within the capacity of the container, without the need to replace or remove the filter.
The sucked material is deposited in a release container made of AISI 304 stainless steel, with a capacity of 15 liters. This allows the vacuumed material to be disposed of quickly, without getting dirty. The vacuum cleaner is mounted on a sturdy powder-coated steel frame.
