The new range of DU-PUY oil mist filter units includes models with air flow rates from 250 up to 2,500 m3/h, making it possible to meet the suction and pollutant filtration needs of machine tools of all sizes. This system allows the purified air to be returned into the environment and the oil or emulsions to be recovered. 

FILTRATION SYSTEM
The SKY range of vacuum cleaners is the only one on the market suitable for the purification of oily mists that can house two different types of filtering media without any modifications or adapters: a multilayer filter (standard) or a cartridge filter with a large filtering surface and a coalescing pre-filter. 
The multilayer filter with progressive efficiency in polyurethane foam and glass fibre is certified EN779:2012 "G3" and "G4" respectively.
The pleated cartridge filter is certified "M" (IFA/BGIA) with special coalescing filter certified "F5".

EASY INSTALLATION
Thanks to its compact design, SKY filter units can be easily mounted directly on the machine tool cabin. Installation is simple and does not require any special accessories for connection to the machine.

Each machine tool and each machining operation has different parameters. It is essential to know your application well in order to choose the right SKY model. The type of coolant, the size of the cabin and the material used are some of the keys that affect the size of the oil mist extractors to be proposed.
