The SILOVAC 600 Z22 industrial vacuum cleaner is a vacuuming silos model with an Atex-certified three-phase motor, suitable for constant and long-lasting use, requiring little maintenance thanks to its three-phase turbine.

The square structure of the vacuum cleaner allows up to 600 litres of suctioned material to be stored inside. Ideal for the removal and disposal of solids and dust, its intelligent design allows it to be integrated into your production plant according to your needs. The suctioned material is easily discharged into a BIG-BAG container or bag to optimise production time and avoid airborne dust.
This powerful heavy-duty vacuum cleaner is equipped with an automatic shaker and an on-board compressor to ensure constant and excellent cleaning of the large surface filters.
Suction unit
Suction is provided by a side channel blower, with direct coupling between the blower and the motor shaft and no transmission system. It is therefore completely maintenance-free, suitable for 24-hour service, very quiet and provides outstanding suction performance.
The machine is equipped with a CE-compliant metal electrical panel with 10 m neoprene rubber cable with 63amp plug and star delta starting.
The turbine is equipped with a vent valve. In the event of a blockage in the suction pipe, the valve cools the turbine by supplying air from the outside.
The turbine can be equipped with a Hepa safety filter for maximum safety in heavy-duty applications.
Filter unit
The filter is placed and protected inside the steel filter chamber; the filter is made of polyester coated with PTFE class M antistatic, adapted with pockets to increase the filtering surface (70,000 cm2), and has a high filtration efficiency. An automatic filter shaker enables the filter to be cleaned effectively, by means of a vertical shaking movement carried out by a pneumatic cylinder, so as to detach most of the dust and keep the filter clean, to increase its life and maintain the suction performance of the machine. A compressor included in the machine produces the necessary air for the automatic filter cleaning systems.
Collection unit
The sucked material is placed inside a SILOS hopper mounted on a sturdy TELESCOPIC BIG-BAG frame (600 lt. capacity), which allows easy and safe disposal of the sucked material thanks to the butterfly valve discharge.
The telescopic frame guarantees maximum safety during transport and when servicing the vacuum cleaner. It is equipped with grips for forklift trucks. All metal parts of the vacuum cleaner are epoxy powder coated.
A manual butterfly valve D250 mm is installed for easy discharge of material into big-bags or containers.
A rotating level detector is installed in the hopper to stop the suction when the silo is full.
