SILOVAC 600 PRO ATEX Zone 21 and Zone 22 suction silos for large volumes of material
The SILOVAC 600 PRO ATEX Zone 21 and Zone 22 vacuum silos are designed to collect large quantities of dust, solids, and processing residues in classified industrial environments. With a 600-liter collection capacity, they can handle large volumes of vacuumed material with direct discharge into big bags or collection drums.
The large-surface filter for fine dust and the manual filter cleaning system help maintain consistent performance even in intensive production environments. Discharge via a butterfly valve, guillotine, or balanced paddle makes transferring the collected material easier and faster, optimizing emptying operations.
Available in Zone 22 and Zone 21 certified versions, the SILOVAC 600 PRO is a professional solution for industries requiring high-capacity industrial vacuuming, safe management of combustible dust, and operational continuity in production departments.
The suction unit is a high-performance three-phase side-channel turbine with direct coupling between the motor shaft and impeller. Because it has no transmission systems, it requires no routine maintenance and is suitable for prolonged continuous service.
This machine is equipped with an antistatic M-category star filter with high filtering efficiency and a manual filter shaker to ensure constant and excellent cleaning of the high surface area filters.
There is the possibility of inserting a self-cleaning filter at the top by means of a timed automatic system that cleans the filters by means of chamber backwash valves.
The vacuum cleaner is equipped with a BIG-BAG bagging system with a capacity of 100 liters for efficient disposal of vacuumed dust. The frame can be forklifted for safe and effective handling by forklift.
