The SILOVAC 100 Industrial Vacuum Cleaner is a versatile and very practical vacuum cleaner model. Cylindrical in shape, it integrates in its motor head three single-phase motors developing a total power of 3.3kW.

At 3 metres high, its container can collect up to 100 litres of sucked material.
This material is easily discharged from the silo into a drum or BIG-BAG, the vacuumed material is no longer a problem. Equipped with a manual filter shaker to ensure constant and optimal cleaning of the high surface area filters, this silo is fully customisable.
Suction unit
The suction is developed by three single-phase motors, by-pass type, with independent switches, protected inside a solid steel motor head, containing soundproofing material to minimise noise during service. The air outlet is directed downwards, so as not to annoy the operator or stir up dust in the surrounding environment. The control panel located on the motor head includes three independent switches and a vacuum indicator with warning light, useful to detect possible filter saturation.
Filter unit
Inside the steel filter chamber is a polyester star filter, which protects the suction unit, ensures high dust retention and guarantees the purity of the outgoing air, thanks to a large surface area (2m2) and high filtering efficiency (3 microns). A manual cleaning system, consisting of a vertically-moving filter shaker, allows the operator to clean the filter effortlessly at any time, prolonging the life of the filter and preventing it from becoming saturated and reducing suction performance. The suction system with Ø80 inlet positioned below the filter allows simultaneous suction of dust, solids and liquids (within the capacity of the container, float available as an option) without the need to replace or remove the filter.
Collection unit
The suctioned material is deposited in a steel hopper container (capacity 100 litres), which allows the suctioned material to be disposed of quickly and without getting dirty thanks to the D150 manual butterfly valve. The material is discharged directly into closed big-bags with lids.
The vacuum cleaner is mounted on a robust, powder-coated steel frame, equipped with non-marking swivel castors with parking brake.
