Oilvac 450HV

It encompasses DUPUY’s decades of experience in mechanical engineering and, at the same time, unique and innovative elements that are the result of our relentless research and development work aimed at continuous improvement. This three-phase industrial vacuum cleaner for oil and chips originates from the structure of the suction bucket. The vacuum cleaner is equipped with a 5.5 kW two-stage turbine in series and is suitable for maintenance and cleaning of medium and large CNC machines or several machine tools in succession, without the need to empty the large liquid storage tank each time.
The suction unit is a high-performance three-phase side-channel turbine with an output of 5.5 kW, with direct coupling between the motor shaft and impeller. Because it has no transmission systems, it requires no routine maintenance and is suitable for prolonged continuous service.
Inside the steel filter chamber is the polyester bag filter, which protects the vacuum unit.
The vacuum cleaner is equipped with a swarf container with a screened basket inside for separating solid materials (swarf, metal scraps) from liquid. The container can be tipped through a crank gearbox that allows for safe, convenient and fast discharge of chips.
The vacuum cleaner is mounted on a sturdy metal frame and equipped with sturdy industrial wheels, making it easy to handle even on uneven surfaces. The frame is also arranged for lifting by forklift.
The container is compact and removable and contains a sieve grid that separates the solid part from the oils.
The gridded basket for solids has a capacity of 65 liters, while the container for oils has a capacity of 450 liters. The electric float switch allows the suction to stop immediately as soon as the container for liquids reaches its maximum capacity.
