durable industrial vacuum cleaner, suitable for the suction of large mixed quantities of solid and liquid material in heavy-duty applications.
Suction unit
The vacuum cleaner is equipped with a powerful
double-stage side channel blower in series in which the impeller is fixed directly on the crankshaft: this almost completely reduces the wear of the components and the consequent maintenance needs. The double-stage turbine generates
high vacuum values, which makes the vacuum cleaner suitable for the vacuum of any material.
The control panel consists of a stop control panel containing a circuit breaker. A
vacuum gauge allows to constantly check the level of depression and saturation of the filter, and to detect any anomalies in a timely manner. A
double silencer reduces noise and dampens the impact of the outgoing air.
The turbine is equipped with a
pressure relief valve. If the maximum vacuum value is reached, it causes air to enter in the turbine to cool it.
Filter unit
Polyester filter Cat. "L". The shaker system, with manual lever with vertical movement, allows the filter to be always efficient and prolongs its life, also preventing saturation and keeping constant the suction performance of the machine. The tangential suction system with die-cast aluminium Ø120 inlet located below the filter allows to
simultaneously vacuum powders, solids and liquids (within the capacity of the container) without the need to replace or remove the filter. The tangential nozzle with cyclone allows a better separation of the vacuumed material.
Collection unit
The suctioned material is deposited in a container with a reinforced steel release, of capacity
lt. 160, which allows to dispose quickly and without getting dirty the vacuumed material.

model in PN version with an effective filtration system consisting of large filter surface cartridges with innovative automatic pneumatic cleaning system. Particularly suitable for treating
very fine dust and in
large quantities that could clog the common filtration systems at an early stage.
