M90 Industrial vacuum cleaner for powders, liquids and solids

The vacuum cleaner is equipped with a side-channel blower, in which the impeller is attached directly to the motor shaft, and without transmission systems. This aspect of vacuuming almost completely reduces component wear and tear and the resulting need for maintenance. The turbine produces a large vacuum combined with a high air flow rate, perfect for suctioning large quantities of materials, even for continuous service (even 24 hours a day).

The control panel consists of a stop button panel, containing a circuit breaker. A vacuum gauge makes it possible to constantly monitor the vacuum level and saturation status of the filter, and detect any abnormalities in a timely manner. A double silencer reduces noise and dampens the impact of outgoing air.

The simplicity of the filter cleaning system allows the operator to clean the filter effortlessly at any time, prolonging filter life, preventing filter saturation, and keeping machine suction performance consistent. The front suction system with Ø80 cast aluminum inlet positioned below the filter allows simultaneous suction of liquids, powders and solids (within the capacity of the container) without the need to replace or remove the filter.

The vacuumed material is deposited in a wheeled container with a practical release system for easy emptying 100-liter container, which allows for quick and dirt-free disposal of the vacuumed material, with bagging facilities.
