M50 compact and powerful industrial vacuum cleaner with high efficiency nfor powders, liquids and solids

This industrial vacuum cleaner is suitable for any industrial application : workshop, laboratory, engineering industry, cement factory, carpentry or craft workshop. Do you need to change accessory during vacuuming? No problem, the "M" series has an integrated accessory holder that allows you to always have the right accessory with you.

The M50 vacuum cleaner on wheels is available in two versions with two different side channel turbines from 4 and 4.3 kW. 

This feature allows you to greatly increase the vacuum generated by keeping the size small. The M50 HV vacuum cleaner is thus equipped with 4.3 kW of power, combined with a maximum depression of 5.100mm/H2O and dimensions contained in cm 120x65x180h.

The HV model is particularly suitable for suctioning grit and heavy solids, thanks to the double stage turbine.
The configuration for discharge on grid or container makes the vacuum cleaner the preferred tool for sandblasting operators to remove grit residues from workpieces and the working environment.

Equipped with a container with a capacity of 100 liters easily detachable, built with steel and extremely robust plastics, this trolley-mounted aspirator withstands time and heavier applications.

Suction unit

The suction unit is equipped with an aluminium cast suction unit of the side channel blower type, in which the impeller is fixed directly on the crankshaft, and without transmission systems: this reduces the wear of the components and the consequent maintenance needs. The turbine is thus particularly suitable for continuous service (even 24 hours a day), and develops a very high depression, higher than transmission systems of similar power.

The control panel consists of a stop control panel containing a circuit breaker. The electrical panel is integrated into the vacuum cleaner. A vacuum gauge allows to constantly check the level of depression and saturation of the filter, and to detect any anomalies in a timely manner. A double silencer reduces noise and dampens the impact of the outgoing air.

Filter unit

Polyester filter Cat. "L" with 20.000 cm2 surface and manual shaker system.  3 micron filtration efficiency (German BIA certificate).

It is not necessary to remove the motor head and the filter from the vacuum cleaner to empty the collection container.

The handy manual lever shaker helps to maintain high vacuum performance even in continuous service or in use in centralized systems.  The front suction system with cast aluminium Ø80 inlet located below the filter allows to simultaneously vacuum powders, solids and liquids (within the capacity of the container) without the need to replace or remove the filter.

Collection unit

The vacuumed material is deposited in a stainless steel container mounted on wheels (capacity 100 liters), which allows to dispose quickly and without getting dirty the aspirated material, with the possibility of bagging.
Also available in atex certified version.

Available model in PN version with an effective filtration system consisting of large filter surface cartridges with innovative automatic pneumatic cleaning system. Particularly suitable for treating very fine dust and in large quantities that could clog the common filtration systems at an early stage.
