DEDUST 12 ELF High-filtration capacity industrial dust collector for intensive equipment
The DEDUST 12 ELF , available in 15 and 18.5 kW versions , is designed to handle high dust loads continuously and reliably. The configuration with 12 M-class antistatic polyester cartridges and 300 m² of filter surface area ensures effective particulate separation while maintaining consistent performance over time through automatic cleaning.
Air flow rates of up to 15,000 m³/h make it suitable for centralized and multiple point collection systems. The 90-liter container allows convenient management of the collected material, even under prolonged operating conditions.
Food, chemical and pharmaceutical industry
The suction unit consists of a powerful electric fan available in the following versions: 15 or 18.5 kW.
The vacuum cleaner is equipped with 12 antistatic cartridge filters Cat. M that retain particles down to 1 µ with a high filtering surface area (total 300,000 cm2). It is equipped as standard with an automatic pneumatic cartridge filter cleaning system that enables efficient and constant cleaning. A compressor (not included) fires a jet of compressed air into the cartridges in shifts automatically (a differential pressure sensor checks the saturation of the cartridges and starts the cleaning cycle when needed). This effective system keeps the cartridges free from dust particles that can decrease suction performance.
Dust and particulate matter are deposited in a wheel-mounted quick-release container of 90lt capacity, which allows rapid disposal of the material.
