DEDUST 6 ELF High-performance industrial dust collector for continuous handling of large volumes of air and dust
The DEDUST 6 ELF is distinguished by a higher performance configuration, available in 7.5 and 11 kW versions , capable of achieving flow rates up to 9,000 m³/h . This capacity makes it particularly suitable for centralized systems or for Production lines with multiple catchment points, ensuring stable operation even under high loads.
The filter compartment is sized to support heavy-duty applications, with six M-class antistatic polyester cartridges and a total filter area of 150 m² . This configuration enables effective dust separation, reducing the impact on the system and improving component life. The automatic filter cleaning system maintains constant operating efficiency, preventing drops in performance and contributing to process continuity.
The 350-mm suction nozzle is designed to handle large volumes of air, while the 90-liter container allows efficient collection of the sucked material. The machine’s dimensions favor integration into existing plants or new industrial layouts, maintaining a balance between installed power and footprint.
Food, chemical and pharmaceutical industry
The suction unit consists of a powerful electric fan available in the following versions: 7.5 or 11 kW.
The vacuum cleaner is equipped with 6 antistatic cartridge filters Cat. M that retain particles down to 1 µ with a high filtering surface area (total 150,000 cm2). It is equipped as standard with an automatic pneumatic cartridge filter cleaning system that enables efficient and constant cleaning. A compressor (not included) fires a jet of compressed air into the cartridges in shifts automatically (a differential pressure sensor checks the saturation of the cartridges and starts the cleaning cycle when needed). This effective system keeps the cartridges free from dust particles that can decrease suction performance.
Dust and particulate matter are deposited in a wheel-mounted quick-release container of 90lt capacity, which allows rapid disposal of the material.
