DEDUST 1 - Industrial dust collector for
fine and suspended dusts

The dust collector DEDUST 1 is a compact industrial vacuum cleaner equipped with a high air flow suction unit, which provides a very high air flow performance and enables to rapidly collect fine and floating dust or fumes, metal fumes, vapors, odors from working environment.
The operation of the dust collector is by means of a stilling chamber, i.e. a strong enlargement of the passage section which causes a sudden slowing down of the dust particles inside it. This reduction in speed increases the gravitational effect which causes the particles to fall into the container.
This model of dust extractor is suitable for the extraction of fumes or dust directly at the source thanks to the possibility of installing an articulated arm (Optional) and particularly suggested for working in mechanical industry, food industry and 
The filter unit is made of 1 antistatic cartridge filters, placed inside the steel filter chamber; the cartridges are made of antistatic polyester, and provide a high filtration surface (100.000 cm2 in total) which reduces clogging even when picking up big quantities of dust (even fine dust) thanks to the class M high filtration efficiency of 1 micron
The final Hepa H13 or active carbon filter is available for dangerous dust and smells.
DEDUST 1 is easy to use and maintain with a fast access to filter chamber for allowing rapidly the replacement and mainteinance.
The vacuumed material is placed inside a bin with easy access (5 liters capacity), which makes it possible to dispose easily and safely of the sucked material.
The machine is equipped with a Start/stop ABB switch with Neoprene rubber cable 10mt with 16amp plug.
The vacuum is mounted on a sturdy steel chassis with wheels; all metal parts of the vacuum are epoxy painted.
It is available with flexible extraction arm D150 mm.
