M 70 PN – Industrial vacuum cleaner with pneumatic cleaning system

The industrial vacuum cleaner is equipped with a cast-aluminum suction unit of the side-channel blower type, in which the impeller is attached directly to the motor shaft, and without transmission systems. This almost completely reduces component wear and the consequent need for maintenance. These features, together with its quiet operation, make the motor particularly suitable for continuous service (even 24 hours a day), and enable it to develop a very high vacuum, which is higher than transmission systems of similar power.

The control panel of the industrial vacuum cleaner consists of a stop-run control panel, containing a circuit breaker. A vacuum gauge makes it possible to constantly monitor the vacuum level and saturation status of the filter, and to stop suction in case of any abnormalities. A double silencer reduces noise and lowers the impact of outgoing air.

There is no need to remove the motor head and filter from the vacuum cleaner to empty the collection container, which is mounted with a clever linkage system that allows its quick release.

The manual cleaning system with vertical filter shaking lever allows the operator to clean the filter effortlessly at any time. Doing so prolongs the life of the filter itself, preventing it from becoming saturated and keeping the suction performance of the ‘chip extractor constant. The front suction system with Ø80 cast aluminum inlet positioned below the filter allows simultaneous suction of dust, solids and liquids (within the capacity of the container) without the need to replace or remove the filter.

A quick-release container, made of durable steel mounted on wheels (100-liter capacity), allows for quick and dirt-free disposal of swarf, scraps and vacuumed dust, with bagging facilities.
