SILOVAC 600 silo vacuum cleaner

Suction is generated by a side channel blower with direct coupling between the fan and the motor shaft without any transmission system. Maintenance-free, this machine is suitable for continuous operation.
The turbine is equipped with a vent valve; in case of occlusion of the suction pipe, the valve provides cooling for the turbine itself through the intake of air from the external environment. It can also be equipped with a Hepa safety filter to ensure maximum safety in heavy-duty applications.

The M-class PTFE-coated polyester filter is protected inside the steel filter chamber; adapted with pockets to increase the filtering surface area (70,000 cm2) and high filtration efficiency (1 micron). An automatic filter shaker facilitates cleaning operations, by means of a vertical movement carried out by a pneumatic cylinder that allows dust to separate and thus keeps the filter clean, increasing and durability and keeping the suction performance of the machine intact. A compressor included in the machine produces the air needed for automatic filter cleaning systems. Each vacuum cleaner is also equipped with a safety H filter.

The vacuumed material is placed inside a silo hopper mounted on a sturdy 600-liter BIG-BAG telescopic frame, which allows for easy and safe disposal thanks to the D250 mm manual butterfly valve discharge.
A rotating level detector is installed in the hopper, which stops suction when the silo is full.
