W2 Air - Compressed Airvacuum cleaner for
powders, liquids and solids

The W2 Air is the most versatile industrial vacuum cleaner in the compressed air range.
Equipped with a powerful and maintenance-free Venturi unit, it is suitable for use in places where compressed air is preferable to electricity, or as part of a budget strategy to save on electricity costs when energy needs are very high, or in ATEX zones where there is an explosion hazard.
This wheeled vacuum cleaner is suitable for wet and dry work, i.e. for vacuuming liquids, solids and dusts even simultaneously.

Suction unit

The suction is provided by two venturi-type compressed air vacuum units (requiring an external compressor, not included), protected inside a solid steel motor head, containing sound-absorbing material that minimises noise during operation. The air outlet is directed downwards, so as not to annoy the operator or stir up dust in the surrounding environment.
The control panel on the head includes a supply pressure indicator and a vacuum indicator to detect filter saturation. Two handles on the head allow it to be lifted easily for inspection or replacement of the filter underneath.

Filter unit

Inside the filtering chamber there is a polyester star filter, which protects the suction unit, ensures high dust retention and guarantees the purity of the outgoing air, thanks to a large surface area (2m2) and high filtering efficiency (3 microns). A manual cleaning system, consisting of a vertically-moving filter shaker, allows the operator to easy clean the filter effortlessly and at any time, prolonging the life of the filter and preventing it from becoming saturated and reducing suction performance.

Collection unit

The suctioned material is deposited in a wheel-mounted quick-release container (40 litre capacity), which allows the suctioned material to be disposed of quickly and without getting dirty. The vacuum cleaner is mounted on a robust, powder-coated steel frame, equipped with wheels with parking brake.
