Oilvac 300 industrial vacuum cleaner for oil and chip separation
The latest addition to the Oil & Chips family, combining elements of the 200 and 450 versions into a unique and innovative machine.
This three-phase industrial oil and chip vacuum comes from the suction bucket design to separate, reuse or dispose of oil mixed with metal chips. It features a 65lt metal shavings hopper and a capacious 300lt tank make the vacuum cleaner suitable for cleaning and maintenance of medium and large CNC machines or multiple machines without the need to empty the storage tank each time.
The vacuum cleaner is equipped with a 4kW power turbine and has a second stage of fine separation with regenerable or disposable filter elements with different filtration efficiencies.
Aspirator with powerful three-phase side channel turbine with a power of 4kW suitable for 24/7 continuous service and suitable for suction and filtration of large amounts of liquids, swarf and sludge. Rotating suction nozzle for easy use of suction hose.
Equipped with a hydro-leophobic M-class pocket filter and 300-micron PPL filter for oils.
The collection unit has a total capacity of 365 lt, 300 lt for liquids, 65 lt for solids.
The bucket is equipped with an electric float switch to stop suction at the moment the liquid container when full.
The frame is prepared for lifting by forklift.
