MHD AIR 30: the powerful and versatile industrial compressed air vacuum cleaner by Dupuy
The MHD AIR 30 is the industrial air-driven vacuum cleaner designed by Dupuy to simultaneously vacuum dust, liquids and solids, even under harsh conditions.
Made entirely of steel, it is equipped with a 30-nozzle Venturi suction unit that ensures high vacuum performance and completely maintenance-free operation.
The structure is designed to ensure maximum strength and stability, with the possibility of configuration for ground unloading and preparation for forklift forking. The high-capacity 160- or 120-liter container enables safe and practical handling of the sucked material, with the possibility of using disposable bags.
The 50,000-cm2 large-area pocket filtration system has an effective built-in manual cleaning system, ideal for fine dust and large volumes of material.
Also available with PTFE filter for particularly demanding applications and Hardox inner plate for maximum abrasion resistance.

The suction unit of the MHD AIR 30 is based on a Venturi system with 30 nozzles (2 × 15), which uses compressed air to generate a maximum vacuum of 7,000 mm H₂O and provide an air flow rate of 760 m³/h. This system is completely maintenance-free and suitable for prolonged operations, with no risk of overheating or wear and tear. Ideal in environments where electricity is not allowed, such as shipyards and offshore platforms, it offers consistent and reliable performance.
The pocket filter of the MHD AIR 30 has a large filtering surface area of 50,000 sq. cm. and is made of class L polyester media. It has an integrated manual cleaning system to expel fine and refractory dust while maintaining high efficiency and long service life. Also available with PTFE filter for particularly harsh environments; optional features include Hardox plate for high wear resistance .
The collection capacity of the MHD AIR 30 ‘s rapid container is 160 liters (120 liters in the ground discharge version), and it can accommodate disposable bags to enable safe and quick disposal operations. The 100 percent steel ensures strength and durability, while forklift-lift readiness facilitates transportation in industrial settings. Noise low at only 79 dB(A) ensures a less stressful work environment
