This industrial vacuum cleaner is equipped with 3 single-phase motors with the option of a 3-stage motor head in series for a higher vacuum.
Suitable for vacuuming up large amounts of chips (dry and wet), which are collected inside the large holding tank.
This bucket can be easily emptied by means of a patented and certified“soft” tipping system that allows the operation to be carried out quickly and safely.
The vacuum cleaner is mounted on a sturdy powder-coated steel frame, equipped with non-marking swivel wheels and a parking brake.
Also available in HV version.
Vacuum is developed by three single-phase by-pass motors, with independent switches, protected within a solid steel header, which contains soundproofing material to minimize noise during service. The control panel includes three independent switches and a vacuum indicator with indicator light, useful for detecting filter saturation. Two handles on the head make it easy to lift the filter for inspection or replacement.
Inside the steel filter chamber is a polyester pocket filter cat. L, which protects the suction unit, ensures high dust retention and guarantees the purity of the outlet air due to a large surface area (14000 cm2) and high filtering efficiency (3 microns). The suction system with a Ø80mm inlet under the filter allows simultaneous suction of dust, solids and liquids (within the capacity of the container) without having to replace or remove the filter.
The vacuumed material is deposited in a large-capacity tipping container. The use of a forklift makes it easy to empty the vacuumed material directly into waste containers. The 90° tilt of the CHIPVAC 200’s bucket makes it easy to unload even the most difficult materials.
A perforated plate can be inserted to separate chips, leaving them at the top of the bucket, while liquids settle at the bottom of the container.
The reservoir is equipped with a 1-inch ball valve for emptying sucked liquids. A visual level indicator allows the filling of the bucket to be checked during the vacuuming operation.
