W2 AIR Venturi Aspirator

Suction is developed by two venturi-type air suction units that require an external compressor, which is not included. The two suction units are protected inside a solid steel header containing sound-absorbing material that minimizes noise during service. The outlet air discharge is directed downward so as not to annoy the operator or stir up dust in the surrounding environment.
The control panel located on the header includes a supply pressure indicator and a vacuum indicator, useful for detecting possible filter saturation. Two handles located on the head allow it to be lifted easily for possible inspection or replacement of the filter underneath.

Inside the filter chamber is the polyester pocket filter, which protects the suction unit, ensures high dust retention and guarantees the purity of the outlet air, thanks to a large surface area (2m2) and high filtration efficiency (3 microns). A manual cleaning system, consisting of a vertically moving filter shaker, allows the operator to clean the filter effortlessly at any time, prolonging the life of the filter and preventing it from becoming saturated and reducing suction performance.

The vacuumed material is deposited in a release container, with a capacity of 40 liters, mounted on wheels that allows the vacuumed material to be disposed of quickly, and without getting dirty. The vacuum cleaner is mounted on a sturdy powder-coated steel frame, equipped with casters with parking brakes.
