Chipvac 400M chip bucket
Chipvac 400M continues the long tradition of Dupuy’s chip suction buckets.
Equipped with a 3.2kW single-phase motor, it can vacuum and collect large amounts of chips and scraps.
The small size of this metal shavings suction bucket and its quiet operation make it suitable for work within a variety of types of industries that generate large amounts of waste during production processes.
The sturdy construction enables its heavy-duty use in even the most difficult places, and the innovative unloading system, via 90° tilting, makes it easy to move the sucked material to the various places dedicated to storage.
Suction is developed by 3 single-phase motors, protected by a sturdy steel shell and containing sound-absorbing material to minimize noise. The large area filter (1.4m2) makes the Chipvac 400M an ideal vacuum cleaner for any use.
The L-class polyester star filter, placed inside the filter chamber, provides a large filtration surface area and high resistance to dust passage and clogging. It is equipped with a manual cleaning system.
The vacuumed material is deposited in a tilting, high-capacity container. With the help of a forklift, the operation of emptying the vacuumed material directly into the waste bins is simplified. Tipping the CHIPVAC 400M bucket makes it easy to unload even the most difficult materials.
It is possible to introduce a perforated plate to separate chips, leaving them in the upper part of the bucket, while liquids are deposited in the lower part of the container.
The tank is equipped with a 1-inch ball valve for emptying sucked liquids. A visual level indicator allows you to check the filling of the Bucket during the vacuuming operation.
