The W2 XR industrial vacuum cleaner is equipeed with a powerful maintenance free brushless motor and it's characterised by its compactness, its outstanding ease of handling and exceptional filtration provided by an antistatic Class M polyester filter. It is the safest and most compact ATEX certified vacuum cleaner on the market when it comes to dealing with dust, solids and liquids. Thanks to the easy to use filter cleaning shaker, maximum performance and safety are guaranteed, even when working in explosive atmospheres. 
W2 XR is the ideal atex certified vacuum cleaner for cleaning and handling small and medium quantities of materials, particularly in the chemical-pharmaceutical, food and cement industries. 

Suction unit

The suction is developed by a brushless motor, protected inside a solid steel motor head, containing soundproofing material that reduces noise to a minimum during operation. The control panel located on the head includes a switch and a clogged filter indicator with warning light, useful to detect possible filter saturation. Two handles on the motor head allow it to be lifted easily for inspection or replacement of the filter underneath. All electrical parts comply with the ATEX 94/9/EC directive and are suitable for Group II - Category 3D (Zone 22).

Filter unit

Inside the steel filter chamber is the antistatic polyester star filter, which protects the vacuum cleaner unit, ensures high dust retention and guarantees the purity of the outlet air, thanks to a large surface area (2m2) and high filtration efficiency. A manual cleaning system, consisting of a vertically-moving filter shaker, allows the operator to clean the filter effortlessly at any time, prolonging the life of the filter and preventing it from becoming saturated and reducing suction performance. The suction system with Ø50 inlet positioned below the filter allows simultaneous suction of dust, solids and liquids (within the capacity of the container, without the need to replace or remove the filter).

Collection unit

The suctioned material is deposited in a standard AISI 304 stainless steel wheeled container (capacity 40 litres), which allows the vacuumed material to be disposed quickly and without getting dirty.

The industrial vacuum cleaner is mounted on a robust, powder-coated steel frame, equipped with non-marking swivel castors with parking brake.
