DEDUST 24 ELF Industrial dust collector designed for centralized applications
The DEDUST 24 ELF is designed to operate in very high intensity environments, handling air flow rates of up to 30,000 m³/h and ensuring stability even under high and variable loads.
The 600 m² filter surface area , distributed over 24 M-class antistatic polyester cartridges , ensures effective separation of particulate matter. Automatic cleaning keeps the system efficient over time, preventing buildup and drops in performance.
The dual 90-liter container configuration facilitates the management of collected material, making emptying operations faster even in prolonged cycles. The suction nozzle, up to 700 mm , enables the management of very high air flows.
Food, chemical and pharmaceutical industry
The vacuum cleaner is equipped with 24 antistatic cartridge filters Cat. M that retain particles down to 1 µ with a high filtering surface area (total 600,000 cm2). It is equipped as standard with an automatic pneumatic cartridge filter cleaning system that enables efficient and constant cleaning. A compressor (not included) fires a jet of compressed air into the cartridges in shifts automatically (a differential pressure sensor checks the saturation of the cartridges and starts the cleaning cycle when needed). This effective system keeps the cartridges free from dust particles that can decrease suction performance.
The presence of two 90-liter containers optimizes the management of collected material, simplifying and speeding up emptying operations even during prolonged use.
The dust and particulates are deposited in a quick-release container mounted on wheels with a 90lt capacity, which allows for rapid disposal of the material.
