Dear Customer, supplier or partner,
In consideration of the ongoing epidemiological emergency situation of coronavirus (COVID 19) and related to government and regional measures, DU-PUY suspends all services that do not meet essential needs, such as production and dispatch/storage of goods, guaranteeing the commercial, administrative and technical activities that will be carried out remotely in the home office.
The production plant in Busto Arsizio (VA) will be closed until 3 April 2020, unless further extensions are made, for which we will update you.
Never as before is it important to respect the guidelines that come from the institutions. The digital transformation processes already put in place by DU-PUY in the previous weeks allow us to guarantee essential services to customers and suppliers, maintaining the relationships that bind us since long time.
The current situation affects each of us and we are sure that all these efforts will be repaid in the best possible way. We will be ready to restart stronger than before and in the meantime, the DU-PUY team will be always available to respond to your requests remotely.
