The W3 Air 19 industrial air operated vacuum cleaner is the perfect solution for extracting dust, liquids and solids in places where compressed air is preferable to electricity.
It is also available in a 25-ejectors version for greater air flow and in an ATEX version for working in potentially explosive environments.
Suction unit
A venturi-type compressed air suction unit with 19 or 25 nozzles is developed (requiring an external compressor, not included), protected inside a solid steel motor header, containing sound-absorbing material to minimise noise during operation. The air outlet is directed downwards, so as not to annoy the operator or stir up dust in the surrounding environment. The control panel on the motor head includes a supply pressure indicator and a vacuum indicator to detect filter saturation. Two handles on the motor head allow it to be lifted easily for inspection or replacement of the filter underneath.
Filter unit
Inside the filtering chamber there is a polyester star filter, which protects the suction unit, ensures high dust retention and guarantees the purity of the outgoing air, thanks to a large surface area (2m2) and high filtering efficiency class L.
A manual filter cleaning system, consisting of a vertically-moving filter shaker, allows the operator to clean the filter effortlessly at any time, prolonging the life of the filter and preventing it from becoming saturated and reducing suction performance. A stainless steel deflector protects the filter chamber from abrasion.
Collection unit
The suctioned material is deposited in a quick-release container on wheels with a capacity of 65 or 100 litres, which allows the suctioned material to be disposed of quickly and without getting dirty. The vacuum cleaner is mounted on a robust, powder-coated steel frame, equipped with wheels with parking brake.
